Dear Jon,

Just wanted to write a quick note to you to thank you for the wonderful service and kitchen supplied by Hartwoods. from the design stage I was impressed with the 3D rendering service and the attention to detail along with the design resolution process. The installation was not short of problems due to our very old property, but all problems were resolved with ease which is where most kitchen companies come undone.

I'm honest enough to say that my requests are not that straight forward and I have an eye for detail which makes me possibly (note that I said 'possibly'!) hard to please. With that in mind, I can say with confidence, that the kitchen is nothing short of a dream and everyone that visits our place comments at least twice on the wonderful work your team have done.

Dear John, Paul and All Staff

We are so delighted with our new kitchen we just had to write and tell you. As you know we were so pleased with the first kitchen and bedroom you fitted for us in the early ninety's that we spent about 3 weeks tracking you down. we are really glad we persevered and found you again. You were all very patient with us as we can be quite fussy at times. We do tend to change our minds and have new ideas and you all treated us with kindness and consideration at all times.

We visited several other kitchen companies some of whom were cheaper and some more expensive but none of them gave us confidence to spend our money with them.

Family, friends and neighbours admire the job you have done and are jealous of our lovely kitchen. It was nice to find that you were all there not only to help and advise but also to listen to us. Your expertise and our vision have given our house the WOW factor and we will have no hesitation in recommending you.

We couldn't possibly write and not include Andy Robinson, our fitter. He did an extremely good job in fitting all aspects of the kitchen. He too listened to us and made adjustments as he progressed in order to fulfil our requirements. He was polite yet professional at all times. He was reliable and conscientious leaving his work area clan and tidy at the end of each day. We would be more than happy to recommend him and suggest you consider him to be a vital asset to your company.

We will certainly be visiting you all again in the future.
